Thank you so much, you have been great to work with. We had a wounderful weekend. After we left closing we went to permit dept. then to Lowe's to get markers for the driveway. Now we wait till they give us the OK. Got our boys lined up to help us cut trees, ha ha. We spent the afternoon out at the property, it was awesome. My heart is there!!! I purchased a wind chime at Lowe's and Randy hung it in a tree for me. We even went out again for a couple hours on Sat. before we drove home.

When talking about Real Estate the words honesty & integrity don't usually come to mind...BUT if that is what you are looking for in a Real Estate deal, you NEED to call Bruce Dicks!
He is an outstanding example of what a great person is, with honesty & integrity being the first priority, and he happens to be a real estate agent.
He helped me by telling me what I needed & didn't need to do to get my home ready for the market & was helpful in quickly getting it on the market once it was done! He brought in people to see my home before the paint was dry, but it was ready except for drying time. The house sold so fast that if only the other agencies involved had been as fast I would have closed in no time...he even stayed on them trying to keep them running as fast as he was!
This is the kind of thing that used to be common, but is NOW so very very rare!
