Mayfair - Mayfair is a subdivision with nice homes. It is located off of Hwy 247 just minutes from Hwy 90 in Lake City, Fl. Most of the homes are either brick or hardy board and most of the lots are between of 1/2 an acre to 1 acre. There are three phases to this neighborhood with the third phase selling lots and homes since approx. 2006.
